1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the DAANAK website (daanak.com), requesting business diagnostic evaluations, or engaging our advisory services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you should refrain from using our platforms and advisory offerings.

2. Nature of Advisory & Diagnostic Services

DAANAK operates as a management and technology transformation advisory firm adhering to our core framework: Diagnose. Improve. Grow.

Diagnostic audits, benchmark calculators, and preliminary maturity reports provided through the public website are advisory in character. Formal software engineering, custom implementation, and enterprise SaaS platform access are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and Service Level Agreements (SLA).

3. Separation of Public Website and SaaS Platform

The public marketing and informational website is hosted at daanak.com. Customer applications, workflow orchestrations, AI agents, and enterprise databases run separately on isolated private VPS cloud infrastructure accessible at app.daanak.com. Client credentials and tenant spaces are isolated from public website data.

4. Intellectual Property & Diagnostic Methodologies

All intellectual property, proprietary diagnostic frameworks, process taxonomy engines, trade secrets, software codebases, and brand marks associated with DAANAK are the exclusive property of DAANAK. Clients retain exclusive ownership of their operational business data, customer records, and bespoke custom application modules developed under contracted engagements.

5. Limitation of Liability

While DAANAK takes rigorous precautions to ensure diagnostic models and strategic roadmaps reflect industry best practices, general public website content is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances will DAANAK be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website usage.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Engagements initiated with DAANAK in the United Kingdom shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Engagements initiated in India shall be governed by the laws of India with jurisdiction centered in Maharashtra.
